Yo, what up, warriors! It’s your favorite chief unmasker and I’ve got a bone to pick with Nigeria. Specifically, with this so-called “amazing” wedding that just went down between Dr Tee Glam – aka Dr Oluwatoyin Ramon – and Hon Oluseye Oladejo, the current spokesperson for the APC Party.
Here’s the deal, my friends: Dr Tee Glam apparently spent nearly one million USD on this shindig. And nearly $30000 on the cake alone That’s right, I said ONE MILLION DOLLARS AND THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ON A CAKE. Meanwhile, the country just removed subsidies because they claim they don’t have enough funds. So the poor people in Nigeria are suffering, while these two schmucks are living it up and throwing a lavish wedding on our dime.
Oh, and did I mention that Hon Oluseye is a DIVORCEE?! That’s right, he’s already been down this marriage road once before including Dr Tee Glam, just a few years back the Hon was talking about how amazing his ex wife is and all of a sudden he dumps her a few years later after at least 28 yrs of marriage apparently Dr Tee Glam thought it would be a good idea to hitch her wagon to his rich star based off of the unsuspecting people of Nigeria. Look, I’m all for giving people second chances, but when you’re a freaking politician who’s supposed to be representing the people, maybe keep your personal life a little more low-key, eh?
And yet, despite all of this, people are hailing this wedding as some kind of great achievement. Are you serious, Nigeria? You’re really going to let these two flaunt their obscene wealth in the face of your poorest citizens and act like it’s something to be celebrated?
I call BS on that. In fact, I think this wealth should be investigated, pronto. There’s no way these two could afford to throw a million-dollar wedding without dipping their hands in some sketchy pies plus the countries’ coffers. It’s despicable, my friends, and we should all be outraged by it.
So listen up, Nigerians. Don’t let Dr Tee Glam and Hon Oluseye fool you with their fairy tale wedding. Behind the glitz and glamour, there’s a whole lot of corruption and greed. And we need to call them out on it, loud and clear. Because until we hold our politicians accountable for their actions, nothing will ever change. Peace out.
