Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have officially been demoted on the Royal Family’s website over the weekend in the latest snub for the couple since the Queen’s death.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s profile pages were relegated to the bottom of the Royal Family’s list.
The website ranks the senior working family first, such as King Charles III, Queen Consort Camilla and the Prince and Princess of Wales.
Next are the other minor working members of the Royal Family, such as the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester and the Duke of Kent.
Beneath all of them are the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who only sit above the embattled Duke of York – Prince Andrew.
If you resign at a company you no longer expect to get paid, benefits or have an office. It’s not a snub. It’s the reality of the choices they made. They made the choice. No one asked or wanted them to leave. They made the choice that was best for their family.
This is not a snub– they are not working Royals. They are still listed with family members. They left Royal life completely by their own choice, having been given 1 year to change their minds. This is as it should be. There is no snub here, only practical, necessary actions.
