There is no way that Meghan would ever pre arrange a suitable time at the suitable location when she is perfectly dressed in a whole brand new wardrobe to be photographed!!
It was PURE FLUKE that there just happened to be a very bored photographer walking up and down the streets of Santa Barbara hunting, stalking his prey, the unsuspecting celebrity. So finely tuned are his skills that he would be able to spot ANY FAMOUS person ( a natural instinct for a lesser spotted briefly Royal ones are his favourite ) despite their camouflage of face masks, BIG sunglasses, beanie hats and trench coats… this is the work of a truly skilled and PAID photographer! With some sort of celebrity or Royal seeking heat missile in his camera! Not only that, but the target in questions security would not be able to see him due to his cloaking devise……
Ummmmmm yeahhhhh ok. I also have a batch of toasted ice to see you with a chocolate fireguard thrown in for free!!
